In the heart of Tokyo’s urban forest, summer unfolds with Edo wind chimes swaying in the cool breeze, while bamboo lanterns cast a gentle twilight glow.
The three-story pagoda, rising above the misty Tokyo Sea of Clouds, offers a stunning, refreshing view. Originally built in the Muromachi period, it underwent a major restoration starting in 2010 that included seismic reinforcement, copper re-roofing, and restoration of the lattice ceiling’s 36 floral motif panels.
A new Kannon Bodhisattva was enshrined, and the structure was named “Entsukaku.”

The incredible Tokyo Sea of Clouds, now enhanced to express layers of mist overlapping in delicate harmony. At night, synchronized lights and sound awaken the garden with a living rhythm and immerse you in a dramatic cloudscape. Witness scenes shaped by nature, each one a unique moment that can never be experienced the same way twice.
